Our Suzhou branch has kept in store main parts like oil cylinder, pump, electric control cabinet or other common fittings. The service will be offered by our professional serviceman? immediately after we get your call. The tiny breakdown requires one hour, while bigger ones two hours, and the ultra big breakdown should be repaired after replacement to ensure the normal running of transfer station. In addition, as for the repair done after the warranty period, we only charge the cost of the fittings without any service charge. ?

1) We adopt a tracking system of after-sales service. Since the day of installation, we will make a file of the customer, issue warranty card. We have exclusive personnel patrolling to make repair records. We ensure you a qualified service and technology guarantee, and all types of accessories are available.
2) A regular maintenance every two months, an earlier overhaul on key holidays( May 1st international labor day, national day, Spring festival or any other holidays on customers¨ part) so as to ensure a normal running of the transfer station in holidays.
■.Warranty cases
Warranty: From the day the compressor passes over the examination, the machine can enjoy two years of warranty service and hydraulic oil cylinder three years and a lifelong maintenance service is also guaranteed.
Services offered in warranty period: a check over fasteners, hydraulic oil system sealers, regulating and lubricating of motion components, the steadiness of equipment operating, ?noise caused in operation, and electric appliances circuit etc to ensure a normal running of the machine.
The testing period of new machine: After using it for one month, do a check over mechanic operation parts, to see whether the motions are easy and in order, whether there is a displacement, whether the fasteners are loosened; also a check over hydraulic system: to see whether connectors leak , whether there are abnormal noise in pump operation, whether the running pressure is normal. This overhaul plays an important part in keeping a normal running after running period and should be taken seriously, in-time handling is needed if any problems.
Daily maintenance: In its daily use, make sure to check whether hydraulic system is in order before you start the machine, the abnormal noise or pipe leakage is not permitted, then start the machine and and begin waste compressing after ensuring every movement is in order. After work, the machine should be cleaned in case any waste or corrosive liquid leftovers remain on the machine. As for the guide mechanism or any motion components required to fill with lubricating oil, you should observe the surface level of the hydraulic oil and keep the surface level is above the middle line of the oiler. If there is an obvious drop of the level, please check whether oil box, valve, oil pipe are in good condition. If any problems do the repair as soon as possible till a normal function.
Equipment overhaul: (1)The compressor has to work in the corrosive liquid which cause s strong corrosiveness on it and thus should repaint the machine at regular intervals.(2)Do an overhaul to see whether the motion components are worn or loosened, whether the screws of the compressed oil cylinder are loosened. Screw all screws on the machine;(3) the clean-up of the oil filter: Check it every six months and filter away the hydraulic oil in the first year, after that, the overhaul and the clean-up can be made only once every year, filter away or change the hydraulic oil according to the oil quality. (4) hydraulic oil: Check over whether hydraulic oil is diluted or deteriorates, change the oil if necessary. The hydraulic oil of the hydraulic station should be replaced at least once every two years . |
